Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Trevor Eric Courtney Streatch on October 3, 2023, in Saint John, NB. Born in Moncton, NB, on March 24, 1979, he was the son of Connie Walker.
His interests during his school years included his love for football. He received awards for various aspects of personal achievements including: 1993 Defensive Raider of the Year, 1993 Moncton Raiders City Champs, 1996 Defensive MVP for the M.H.S. Knights – of which he was especially proud. His biggest achievement, and one he was extremely proud of, was in November of 2000, when he introduced his daughter Taya to all of us.
Besides his mother, Connie Walker and his Father, David Streatch, he is survived by his daughter Taya; His godmother and Aunt, Cathy McAllister-Garland; and his godfather and uncle, Floyd Walker. Trevor is also survived by his paternal grandparents Percy and Beulah McNulty as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his Maternal Grandparents Ronald and Viola Walker and his maternal cousin Jefferson Curran.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, from 1:00 – 2:00. A funeral service will follow immediately after the visitation. For those unable to attend, the funeral service will be livestreamed at the following link: (I will insert link when obituary is online). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humanity Project, Moncton, NB, or to his beloved daughter, Taya, to assist in her education costs.
