Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Trevor Joseph Laviolette in Tracadie, NB, on October 1, 2023. He was born in Summerside, PEI on May 22, 1981, to Barbara Wall and the late Wilfred Laviolette.
Trevor worked in various professions over the years, from yard work to painting to moving furniture. If something needed to be done, he’d do it and just know how to do it well. He was a funny, happy-go-lucky guy who loved to be around people and chat. Trevor could talk to anyone. He showed great respect to others, liked to hold open doors for people, and never missed a moment to tell those he loved that he loved them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his mother, Barbara; he is survived by his 3 brothers, Dwayne Shaw of Coleman, PEI, and Tony and Darcy Laviolette, both of Summerside, PEI; his sister, Melissa Laviolette of Saint John, NB. Along with his father, he was predeceased by many extended family members.
Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). In keeping with the family’s wishes, no services will be held. For those who wish, memorial donations in Trevor’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, SPCA- Animal Rescue League or to the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by his family.
