Heather Wickborn Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Heather Lynn Fawcett-Wickborn, which occurred on April 30th, 2024, at the Saint John Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 17th, 1966, in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of Betty Lou (Fawcett) Doiron (Alex Doiron).
Heather was a devoted mother and absolutely admired her grandchildren. She was a firecracker at times but still loved everyone and everyone loved her. Heather was a hard worker and was always on the go, whether it was working or being outside. She played in local softball leagues for over 20 years and absolutely loved every bit of it.
Heather will be dearly missed by her son Jeremy Fawcett (Lori), her daughters Jennifer Martin (Shanon), Jayce Wickborn (Caleb) and Courtney McKay (Malcom), her two brothers David Fawcett (Bev Handy) and Christopher Forrest (Crystal), and by her six grandchildren Jordyn, Avery, Harlee, Jaxx, Blake, and Gregory. She will also be missed by her nieces and nephew Kelsey, Kirsten, and Keegan, her best friend Jonita Holmes, and her special companion Stephen Hawkins. She was predeceased by her mother Betty Lou (Fawcett) Doiron and Alex Doiron.
Arrangements are under the care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (506-646-2424) with the visitation on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 12pm-2pm at Fundy Funeral Home and the Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 2pm in the Funeral Home’s Chapel. The family invites you to a reception at Chris and Crystal’s home following the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
