Dakota Kyffin Obituary
It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Dakota Angel Kyffin, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. Taken from us too soon, Dakota will be fondly remembered by her father David Kyffin, her mother Tania Paton, her grandmother Carol Kyffin, her best friend Keri Phinney, her brothers Eric Hurley and Tristan Paton, her sister Ashley Paton, her aunt Keena Hudson (Blake), her uncle Wayne Kyffin (Andria), cousins Katelyn Kyffin, Rayna Grimmer and Curtis Hudson (Amanda), her godmother Louwanda Brown and godfather Leroy Phinney and of course her furbabies Lottie and Fergie. Dakota is peacefully with her unborn child. She will also be dearly missed by many other extended family members and friends.
Her dad brought her up and they did everything together. Her dad and her were the best of friends and she loved him for being there for her.
Dakota worked for Deluxe for the past year. She loved halloween and christmas, her grandmother has many fond memories of baking Christmas cookies with Dakota. She lived life her way, full of color and always with a smile. We have lost an angel, rest in peace Dakota.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (506-646-2424). Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 1, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Celebration of Life will take place in the Chapel, on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Donations to Redhead Strays or the SPCA would be greatly appreciated.
