Nicole’s friends were shocked and saddened to learn
of her death at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, September 17,
2024. Born in Edmundston, NB, August 13, 1949, Nicole was
the eldest daughter of her father and mother, Doris and Berthe (Godin)
Bosse.
Nicole was a friendly, outgoing person who was very
interested in people wherever she went. This personality
trait served her well as she began her career as a hair stylist
immediately after high school. She went for training, first
to Connecticut, then to Montréal before beginning a
thriving Hair Dressing business in Saint-Jacques, NB. Clients came
from the whole area including the city of Edmundston.
After many years in Saint-Jacques, Nicole and her sister,
Ginette, moved to Moncton where Nicole soon garnered a whole new
cliental of appreciative ladies and a few men. After coming to
Moncton, Nicole came to know Jesus in a new and personal way. Learning
more about the Bible and her faith was such a real joy for her. She
enjoyed studying her Bible at home and also being a part of several
Bible Studies. She was anxious to share her love for God and
continually talked with people about it.
Nicole was predeceased by her parents, her sister Ginette;
and her brother Guy.
She is survived by her Sister-in-Law Anne Bossé;
her cousin, Doris, several other cousins, friends, and her very
special friends, Jacques and Laurendy Couturier; as well as her nieces
Anne-Issabelle, Jade, and Sky. The family would like to thank the
Nurses of 5200 and 5100 for their care of Nicole over the past 10
months.
A Celebration of Life Service to remember Nicole will be held
at Cobb’s Funeral Home, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview, NB
(506-869-2007) on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
