Marguerite Bourgeois of Riverview passed away very peacefully
on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in
Moncton, she was the daughter of the now late Leo and Melina
(Belliveau) Bourgeois. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary
Catholic Church and had been formerly employed
with Central
Insurance. In her spare time, she loved to bowl and despite slowly
losing her eyesight, exceeded even her own expectations.Well known for
making the best homemade bread ever, that she always gave to
others.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Linda Roche,
Debbie Harris son, Ken (Kathy), her 5 grandchildren and 5
great-grandchildren. Aside from her parents was predeceased by
brothers, Francis, Laurie and Blair.
The family will be receiving friends and
relatives at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330
Whitepine Rd., Riverview (869-2007) on Wednesday from 6 -8 Pm, with
parish prayers to take place at 7:30 PM from the funeral Home. A
funeral mass will take place from The Immaculate Heart of Mary
Catholic Church on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 11 AM with Father
Phil Mulligan presiding. The interment will take place in Our Lady of
Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. Donations made to Moncton District Ostomy
Assoc. would be greatly appreciated by the family. Online condolences
