1933-2024
Eunice Christine Fox of Nackawic, NB passed away Sept 27, 2024 at
Hospice, Fredericton, NB. Daughter of the late James and Helen
(Schribner) Eadie.
Eunice is survived by her two sons, Michael (Barbara) Fox,
Fredericton, NB and Peter (Pam) Fox, Moncton, NB; four grandsons,
Dexten (Kelsey) Fox, Michael (Kathleen) MacFarlane, Andrew (Emily)
MacFarlane, Anthony Lowney; two granddaughters, Emily (Kelsie)
MacFarlane, Mya (Andrew) Lowney; one great grandson Seth Toth.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Merlin
R. Fox; two brothers, Billie and Roland Eadie; two sisters, Mavis
Eadie and Heather Cave.
Eunice was married to her husband Merlin for 61 years until his
passing in 2016. She enjoyed her job teaching Home Economics for 35
years at Southampton High School and Nackawic High School. Eunice
loved cooking, sewing, quilting, crocheting and making her famous
donuts that were enjoyed by so many. She was never at a loss for words
or conversation. Playing crib and hosting morning out was a weekly
routine for her. Eunice loved her community where she lived for 69
years.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8
pm. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 2 pm from the Funeral
Home Chapel. Rev. Ryan Farrell officiating, assisted by Rev. Terry
Brewer. Interment will be held in the Otis Cemetery. Reception will
follow the funeral service in the funeral home reception hall.

care and support. And to her friend and doctor, Dr. Mary Ann
Bramstrup.
