It is with great sadness that our
family announces the sudden passing of Tyler Baker, 31, of Moncton, on
Monday August 26, 2024 at the Royal Alexandria Hospital in Edmonton,
Alberta. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Sheryl Richard (Jason
Koval) and Stephen Baker.
Tyler loved playing video games,
listening to music, driving his BMX bike and lots of various outdoor
activities. He loved making everyone laugh with his silly jokes and he
would light up a room with his spontaneous personality.
Tyler was a caring son, loving brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. He
would always have a huge wonderful smile when he spent time with his
nieces. He is our guardian angel and we will cherish all his
memories forever.
Besides his parents, Tyler is
survived by two sisters: Cindy Richard and Stephanie Richard; two
nieces: Olivia Whalen and Kathryn Richard; his paternal grandparents:
Tony and Dianne Baker; three uncles: Gary Baker (Cathy), Kevin Baker
(Jacquie), and Scott Kingston; as well as many cousins, friends and
extended family members.
He was predeceased by his maternal
grandparents: Ronald and Brenda Kingston.
A private family service will be
celebrated at a later date at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre,
Moncton (506-858-1900). Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary
cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Tyler, a contribution to Epilepsy
Canada or the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction (CCSA)
would be appreciated.
