Shediac, NB – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Laudia LeBlanc on December 17th, 2023, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB.
Born in Cocagne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jack Noël and the late Julienne (Collette) Noël.
Laudia had a kind soul that would have helped anyone in need. She will be remembered for her love of cooking. Well known for her generosity, everyone knew that when you visited her, she made sure you did not go home hungry. She had a great sense of humour, and that quick wit did not disappear even after dementia had left its mark. Laudia was a great mother who wanted nothing but the best for her family. Her family will always appreciate the loving home she created for them.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Claude LeBlanc of McKees Mills; her two daughters: Gabrielle LeBlanc of Shediac, and Odette (Tommy) Beers of Moncton; her five grandchildren: Pierre (Joline), Michel, Mélanie (Jay), Jacques (Aryan), and Logan; her four great grandchildren: Jasmine, Miguel, Jaëlle, and Hailey; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred LeBlanc; her two sons: Michel and Yvon; her three sisters: Evelyne, Anna, and Jeanne; and by her eight brothers: Alyre, Albert, Thaddée, Edgar, Roger, Camille, Willie, and Joseph.
Laudia’s family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Pascal Poirier Homecare past and present. Their kindness and understanding of her life with dementia made everyday easier for her and our family.
Visitation will be held from Passage Funeral Cooperative, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB, (506) 532-1050, on Wednesday, December 20th, from 6 to 8 pm, and on Thursday, December 21st, from 9:30 to 11 am, with the funeral service to follow at 11 am at the same location.
Donations can be made to Red Cross or to the Shediac Public Library.
The family invites you to sign a book of condolences at: www.funerairepassagefuneral.ca.
