Coral Daigle, 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, on November 2nd, 1929, he was the son of the late Frederick Daigle and the late Obeline (LeBlanc) Daigle.
Coral was an extremely hard worker. He worked at CNR for 40 years, as well as an owner of rental properties for over 50 years. He was a very generous and patient man. He enjoyed being in the presence of his son’s dogs: Sammy, Shadow, Luna, Alfie, in particular his own dog, Jack. Family was very important to him; he loved his wife and his sons very much.
He will be sadly missed by his two sons: Donald Daigle (Noella Boleyn) and Paul Daigle both of Moncton; his granddaughter: Brittany; his two brothers: Donald (Jeannita) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, and Joffre (Emile) of Moncton; his sister, Alfreda Collette (Gerard) of Dieppe; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Jeannette Daigle (Surette); his two sisters: Huberte (infant), and Valda (Normand); as well as his brothers: Jean and Normand (Edith).
There will be no visitation. Funeral mass will be held from the Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel RC Church, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB, on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, at 11 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
We would like to thank the staff at Residence au Benaise and the staff of Unit # 5100 of the Moncton City Hospital for the great care they provided to my father.
