Marguerite Cormier,
75, passed away at the Villa Providence Shediac, on Friday, December
29, 2023. Born in Petit-Cap, she was the daughter of the late Adolphe
and Mathilde (Richard) Léger.
She is survived by her
husband of 57 years, Gérard H. Cormier of
Cap-Pelé, her two daughters: Chantal Cormier and Danielle
LeBlanc both of Cap-Pelé; her brothers and sisters: Alban
(Denise) of Petit-Cap, Donald (Fern) of Lakeville, Joe (Linda) of
Shediac, Yvonne Cormier, Colestie Després, Yvrette Cormier
(feu Dismas) all of Petit-Cap and a brother-in-law, Aurèle
LeBlanc; four grandchildren: Julie, Isabelle, Ricky, and Ghislain;
four great grandchildren: Brooklyn, Catherine, Nixon, and Madison as
well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by
one son Alban; one brother, Tiboy; three sisters: Délia
Cormier, Anita Léger and Léona
LeBlanc.
The family will
receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642
Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 2
pm to 3:45 pm. The funeral will be held at
Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila R. C. church, 2648
Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé at 4 pm.

Marguerite, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s
choice would be appreciated.
