1935-2024
Simone George, 89, of Cocagne, passed away peacefully at the Dr
Georges-L-Dumont UHC, on Saturday September 7, 2024. She was married
to the late Robert George. Born in Cocagne, she was the daughter of
the late Simon and the late Therese (Paulin) Daigle.
She will be sadly missed by her sister Marie-Marthe Oliver of
Bathurst, her brother Francis (Merelda) of Moncton, her brother-in-law
Edgar Soucy and several nieces and nephews.
Simone was predeceased by her sisters: Jeanne, Pauline, Annette and
her brothers: Fidele and Gerald.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
In Simone’s memory a donation can be made to the
Alzheimer’s Society or The Children’s Wish
Foundation.
Arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home,
Bouctouche.
