It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Yvon Roussel spouse of Anne-Marie Roussel, which occurred on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the age of 71.
Born in Val Doucet, he was the son of the late James Roussel and Anna LeBreton.
Besides his wife, he leaves behind his son Jean-Pierre Roussel of Bathurst and adopted son Jacques Roussel of Montreal.
His siblings: Armeline Hachey (Sylvain) of Bertrand, François Roussel (Louise) of Tracadie, Eliane Roussel and Alyre Roussel (Diane) both of Val Doucet.
Several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his siblings André Roussel and Livain Roussel.
There will be no visitation, funeral service will be held from Elhatton’s Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 2p.m.
Donations in memory of Yvon may be made to the Canadian Cancer society.
