We sadly announce the sudden passing of our beloved son Joey Peter Hastings on October 12, 2023 at the Health Sciences Center at the age of 27 years.
He is lovingly remembered and missed by his parents Joseph and Suzie Hastings, his siblings Nicole, Brendan, Taylor and Andrew, grandparents George and Sarah Hastings, nephews Kingsley and Brayson, niece Serena, numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
Joey is predeceased by grandparents Andrew and Mary Okemow, uncles Mathias and Buddy, aunties Alice and Theresa and cousins Leslie, George, Ken, Buddy Jr. and Henry Okemow.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel. Wake and Funeral Service will be held in God’s Lake Narrows – dates and times to be announced shortly.
