Danielle Nadine Martha Genaille Obituary
It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Danielle Nadine Martha Genaille after a very short battle with cancer at the age of 39. Danielle was surrounded by her loved ones when she passed on May 15, 2024 at the Health Sciences Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Danielle was born on September 13,1984 in Dauphin, Manitoba to our mother Amelia M. Genaille. She had three sisters, Georgina, Candace and Trudy. She spent her early years in Duck Bay and Winnipegosis. She then moved to Winnipeg in the spring of 1994.
Danielle is survived by her sisters Candace and Trudy, five children Mandy, Trisha, Kent, Sarah and Kenneth, three grandsons, whom she loved so much, Ezra, Eli and Xavier along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her beloved mother Amelia M. Genaille, sister Georgina, niece Gabriel, aunties Yvonne, Lena and Elsie, uncles Harvey, Bill and Kenny and grandparents Martha and Albert.
Wake Service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., both at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Avenue, Winnipeg. Cremation will follow and Danielle will be laid to rest with her mother at Brookside Cemetery at a later date.
