It is with great sadness and heavy hearts, the family of Angela Marjorie MacKenzie announce her passing which occurred surrounded by love and family at the Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Born on January 2, 1978, in Charlottetown, she was aged 46 years.
Angela is survived by her best friend and life partner Pat McCarville and will be remembered as a loving and proud mom to Clarke, Evan, and Leah. She will be forever loved by her parents Roger MacKenzie (Lynda) and Mary Peach (Ron), along with her siblings Troy (Angela), Tara and Jeff (Bobbie). In addition, Angela is deeply missed by many close friends who through the years have been with her and her family through good times and bad.
Angela loved to spend time with her family and friends. If it was dancing a night away, chatting over a coffee, or cheering on sports teams; on a lobster boat with her dad, and Hughie, or sitting at the wharf fishing mackerel and laughing with her family. Angela has made a mark on so many people’s lives over the years with her big heart and by always being there to help in whatever way she could.
Predeceased by parents’ in-law Hugh and Gail McCarville, grandparents Roderick and Marjorie MacKenzie, and Alan and Christina MacDonald
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where visiting hours will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 4-7pm. A funeral Mass will be held at the St. Margaret’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 11:00am with interment to follow in the St. Charles Roman Catholic Church Cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Angela can be made to Evan and Leah’s education fund, or the St. Charles Cemetery Fund.
