The death occurred suddenly, at his home, in Brooklyn on
Monday, November 11, 2024 of Jason Jeffrey Edwards formerly of Ontario
aged 51, beloved husband of Rachael McKay. Rachael will forever miss
the twinkle in his eyes and sense of humour. Jason will be
“furever” missed by his loyal companion Abby who he loved
very much.
Jason was born in Hull, England on October 21, 1973, son of
Jeffrey and Denise Edwards. Step-father of Gabriel (Madison), brother
to Shane and Lisa. Jason will be missed by his
friends.
Jason made Prince Edward Island his home in 2018 and made
many friends in his time here. He had a generous heart and
always had time to listen to his friends and to offer sound advice.
Jason was a very disciplined person who always tried to do everything
to the best of his ability. Before he did anything Jason always gave
it a great deal of thought from moving to PEI to buying an electric
vehicle.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary with private family arrangements.
In memory of Jason, he would like everyone to be kind to each
other and offer a helping hand when in need.
