The death occurred at Stewart Memorial Home, Tyne Valley on
Tuesday, December 19, 2023 of Glenn Ethel MacPhee formerly of Mount
Pleasant aged 94. Glenn was born in Enmore on July 10, 1929, daughter
of the late Gordon and Mary Jane (Ramsay) Noye.
Cherished mom to Lea (Edie) MacLeod, Bruce MacLeod (Jean
MacDougall), Una (Blair) Cotton, step mother to Allan MacPhee (Shawnna
Gaudet) and Brenda Costain. Dear gram to Wendy (Richard) Bulger, Ron
(Lynn) MacLeod, Chris (Cindy) MacLeod, Andrea (Kenny) Graham, great
gram to Jessica, Jamie, Dawson, Kaelyn, Emma, Chloe, Cassidy, and
Chaze; step grandmother to 6 step grandchildren and one step great
grandchild.
Lovingly remembered by her brothers George (Eunice) Noye,
Harold (Marnie) Noye, sister Esther MacLean, sisters in law Fran Noye,
Anna Noye, Janet Noye, Laura Darrach, Rosalie MacPhee, Jennie MacPhee,
brothers in law Harry Williams, Don Callbeck and many nieces and
nephews.
Glenn was predeceased by her parents, first husband Reginald
MacLeod (June 11, 1999), second husband Byron “Junior”
MacPhee (Aug. 28, 2019), brothers Wallace, Thane, Allison, Carl,
sisters Joyce Williams, Helen Biggar-Callbeck and Ella Mae in
infancy.
Resting at Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with visiting
hours Thursday 4-7p.m. Funeral will be held in the Chapel on Friday at
1:00p.m. Interment to follow in the Bideford United Church
Cemetery.
