On November 6, 2023, Mr. Nick Markiwsky of Myrnam, Alberta passed away at the age of 93 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Stella of 67 years; 2 sons, Wayne (Louise) & Ken; 2 daughters, Doreen (Ed) Mercer & Elaine (Bill) Fedyniak; brother, Bill (Joan); sister, Pauline Zolkivski. Nick was predeceased by his son, David; siblings, Louis, Mike, Dan, Walter, Steve, Jeannette & Mary. The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life & Open House on Sunday, November the 19th from11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Elks Hall, Myrnam. Cremation has taken place with inurnment in St. Peter`s Cemetery, Myrnam at a later date. In lieu of donations, a tree may be planted in Nick`s memory.
