On May 22, 2024 Mrs. Germaine Champagne of St. Paul, Alberta, passed away at the age of 105 years. She is survived by her children, Thérèse (Bernie) Schiesser, René (Marie-Claire), Arthur (Paula), Yvette Kachmarchyk, Juliette (Yves) LeGuevel, Marie (Frank) Sharpe, Jean-Paul (Pat) & Marcel (Gaétane); daughter-in-law, Sharon; 27 grandchildren & 45 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Roméo; son, Gérard; parents, Joséphine & Alexandre Mahé; 2 brothers, Jean & René Mahé; & 2 grandsons. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 25 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Cathedral, St. Paul, with viewing beginning one hour prior. Reverend Father Andrew Schoenberger will be the celebrant. Cremation to follow. Those wishing to view the service online may do so by clicking the Live Service tab above.
