MCARA, Kristina
1949 – 2024
Mrs. Kristina Marie McAra of Red Deer, passed away peacefully at Ponoka, Alberta on Monday, February 19, 2024 at the age of 74 years. Kristina was born on October 17, 1949, at Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. She was a “Jack of all Trades” some would say. Kristina will also be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Kristina was predeceased by her parents, and her husband, Lester McAra. A Come and Go Memorial Tea in Celebration of Kristina’s Life will be held at the Parkland Funeral Home Reception Centre, 6287 – 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if desired, Memorial Donations in Kristina’s honor may be made directly to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation at www.albertadiabetesfoundation.com.
