Jill Melanie Helen Tilley (Tremblett) was born January 30, 1977 in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
Jill passed away March 27, 2024 at the High Level, AB hospital after a hard battle with cancer.
She was predeceased by, Gloria TREMBLETT (mother) and Roger TILLEY (father in law).
Left to mourn her passing, Todd TILLEY (Husband) of 29 years Rainbow Lake AB.
Daughters: Megan TURPIN (Whitecourt, AB) and Miranda TILLEY (Lethbridge, AB) and her only son Jordan TILLEY (Rainbow Lake, AB).
Father, Terry TREMBLETT(Virgina) .
Brother, Jason TREMBLETT with niece Katie and Nephew Theo.
Mother in law, Margaret (Marg ) TILLEY (Dave).
Sister in law, Tonya HEAD (Aaron), Nieces Chloe and Lexi.
Jill graduated from Bursey Memorial Collegiate in 1995 and later went on to study Early Childhood Education in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Jill always had a passion for working with children and youth.
In 1999 Jill set out to start her life and career in Calgary, AB. where she started her family and married the love of her life Todd in 2002. Jill and Todd both enjoyed their time in Calgary and here is where their daughter Miranda was born, but in 2006 they headed back to NL to be closer to immediate family and friends. Sadly in 2006 Jill would lose her mom Gloria to the illness and battel with cancer. In 2008 Jill, Todd and Miranda decided to make the trip out West again and found themselves in the far Northern Community of Rainbow Lake, AB to find work and set down roots.
When Jill wasn’t busy working or helping friends and family you could find her at home curled up with a good book, watching TV with her hubby Jill loved to cook and bake and share it with close friends, and was always willing to give anyone a hand or an ear. For her down time, Jill loved long baths or cuddling with her three Dachshunds, and most likely messaging and texting people as she would put it “just checking in or seeing what your up to”. She often checked in with her family back home in NL who she loved and missed dearly. Jill loved to drive her truck and to go for drives she was game to drive just about anywhere. When she wasn’t driving you could find her at the local arena watching her favorite hockey player (son Jordan) or driving to practice or a game.
Jills true love was for her husband and three children and them knowing their worth and her love!
The service will be held on Saturday April 6th, 2024 at 2:30 pm at the High Level Christian Fellowship Church, the service is public to family and friends.
