It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lloyd Bond at Innisfail, Alberta on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the age of 88 years. Lloyd was born in Alsask, Saskatchewan on July 9, 1935. He was a husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Lloyd was such a gentleman, always kept busy, he wouldn’t ask anyone to fix something that he could do himself or miss a happy hour uninvited. We will miss him daily and remember our many happy times. Lloyd will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Bev Bond, his sons, Ken Bond (Suzanne), and Jerry Bond (Edith), his daughter, Arlene Yeulet (John), his stepson, Darcy Orom, as well as his seven grandchildren and his thirteen great grandchildren. Lloyd was predeceased by his former wife and the mother of his children, Janet, his brothers, Ellis Bond (Ruth), and Randy Graham (Verda), and his sister, Dorothy Denney (Clair). A Celebration of Lloyd’s Life will be held at the Heartland Funeral Services Chapel, 4415 – 49 Street, Innisfail, Alberta on Friday, November 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. If desired, Memorial Donations may be made to the Alberta Heart and Stroke Foundation, 100, 119 – 14 Street NW, Calgary, Alberta, T2N 1Z6 or at www.heartandstroke.ca.
