Our dear Husband, Father, Papa, Great Papa, has fought courageously against his battle with cancer, and is at peace now with the Lord.
Bud was a wonderful and loving husband to Sherry for 50 years. He also leaves to mourn his passing two daughters Tanja, and Kristal (Allan); Grand children Stephany(Nick), Destany(Chris), Alexandria(Gavin), Hope, & Amelio who loved their Papa dearly; as well as Great Grandchildren Brian, Mia, and Jacob.
Bud was predeceased by his mother Dorthy; father William; brother George; Nephew Taylor; Father in Law James; and Sister in laws Wanda and Sharon.
Bud’s life’s work was in helping people. He worked for the Salvation Army, as well as a Policeman, EMS, and Corrections. He was also an Honorary Fireman, and a life time member of his Community Association. Bud was rewarded by the Red Cross for over 100 blood donations and he was on their list for bone marrow donations.
Bud loved Camping, long road trips, and his favourite hockey team “the Flames”.
Bud was our Gentle Giant and we will continue to Love and Honour his memory for the rest of ours.
