Marlene Irving (McKeage)
It is with a heavy heart that the family of Marlene Irving announces her sudden passing on January 24, 2024.
She was born in High River, Alberta but the majority of her years were spent in the Edmonton/Spruce Grove areas. Marlene had an outgoing spirit and in her younger years loved playing baseball, curling, and bowling. Always a competitive card player, she loved Friday Night Poker games, bridge, and her many trips down to Las Vegas. She was a kind, caring person, great at organizing bowling and curling banquets, and was dedicated to her family. She recently moved south to Calgary to be closer to them and back to her southern roots.
Marlene was predeceased by her husband Dick, her brother Gerry, and her parents.
She will be lovingly missed by her daughter Lori(Scott); her granddaughter Kimberly; grandson Mark (Marita); sister-in-law Ruth McKeage; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
Funeral Services will be held at Snodgrass Funeral Homes, High River, Alberta on Friday February 2, 2024 at 1:00pm.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made out to AARCS (Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society), or Seniors Secret Service.
