It is with profound sadness that we must announce the sudden passing of James Preston Anderson on the morning of October 14th, 2023 in Lloydminster.
James was born November 24th, 1991 in Lethbridge, AB, to parents Leonard Gordon Anderson and Esther Darlene Boron. After finishing school in Nanton, AB, James went on to pursue a career in pipefitting. His proudest moments were the births of his two children, Atticus and Athena Stack-Anderson. James had a passion for the outdoors and loved to spend his time skateboarding, snowboarding and camping. His infectious laugh and smile will be missed by all those friends and family who walked with him along the way.
James was preceded in death by his father Leonard. He is survived by his mother Dar (Larry Tofsrud), children Atticus and Athena (mother Sarah Stack), and siblings Dawn (Bob), Gord, Sarah (Jordan), Anna (Jon), Tami, and all of his extended family.
A viewing will be held from 2-4 pm on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 at Snodgrass Funeral Home in High River, AB.
A celebration of life being planned for a later date.
