Obituary For Terry “Kim” White
April 12, 1964 – August 5, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Terry Kim White, a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of everyone she encountered. Kim was born on April 12, 1964, in Dawson Creek, BC, and peacefully passed away at Prairie Lake Hospice in Grande Prairie on August 5, 2024.
She leaves behind a profound impact on her family, friends, and community. Kim’s love story with her husband, Bruce White, spanned an incredible 45 years. Their bond was a testament to commitment, love, and companionship. Together, they built a life filled with cherished memories and unwavering support for one another. Their love story will forever inspire us all. As a devoted mother, Kim’s love extended beyond her marriage. She was a pillar of strength and guidance to her children, Brittany, Riley, and Kody. Kim’s love and dedication to her family were unmatched, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness. Kim was blessed with 10 grandchildren, Brittany & Cory, children Chris, Nathan, Julia, and Gage. Riley & Julie, children Jaden, Kylie, Zachary, and Shani, Kody & Kali, children Lincon and Tanner; Her sisters Lynn (Brent) Czaban, Debbie (Ross) Courvoisier, Shani Antypovich; and brother Dyrald Rappel, and numerous nieces and nephews.
We also remember and honor those who have passed before Kim. She was preceded by her father, Dyrald Wayne Rappel, her mother-in-law Elizabeth (Betty) White, her special dog, Maggie.
In memory of Kim, we encourage charitable donations to Prairie Lake Hospice through the Grande Prairie Palliative Care Society.
Today, as we bid farewell to Kim, let us remember her as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and Granny. Her love, kindness, and unwavering support will forever be cherished. May her spirit live on in our hearts, guiding us to be compassionate, loving, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Let us celebrate the incredible life of Kim White, a remarkable woman who has left an indelible mark on all of us. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
The family will hold a Celebration of Life on Saturday August 17, 2024, at 11 am at Bear Creek Funeral Home, 11802 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie AB, T8W 0C7.
