Obituary For Kenneth Jacques Loiselle
August 20, 1971 – July 06, 2024
Peacefully and surrounded by his family, Kenneth (Ken) Loiselle passed away on the evening of Saturday, July 06, 2024, at the age of 52 years-old.
Ken’s battle with severe illness showed his courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile, grace, and a lot of sarcasm.
Ken was an extraordinary son, brother, father, mentor, and friend. He was known for his strength, wisdom, and inappropriate jokes. He had a passion for football, golf, and all things food. He was a sounding board in times of frustration, an advisor in times of uncertainty, and a source of laughter and love on all occasions.
Ken’s life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were blessed to have known him understand that his existence and the imprint he left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time he had on this earth.
He is survived by his wife Rosetta; his seven children, Hayden (Roxy), Tiana (Kaleb), Meaghan, Hannah, Zachary (Caitlyn), Corben, and Torey; his mother and stepfather, Arlene and Jean Benoit; his father, Raymond Loiselle; his siblings Trevor (Wanda), Melissa (Alan), and Angie; and his nieces and nephew, Lexi, Sophie, Allias (Ashley), and Sloan.
He is predeceased by his older sister, Nicole; and his grandparents, Wilfred and Juliette Loiselle, and Roy and Maggie Erickson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 1:00p.m., in Tranquille Hall at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grande Prairie, AB, open to all that would like to attend. We encourage you to come with a funny memory or story of Ken to share.
