It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Ferdinand Coulombe on August 18, 2024, at the age of 88 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Marilys; children: Rachelle, Vivian, Lorin (Debbie), and Colin (Sherry-Lynn); grandchildren: Karine (James), Joel (Jordan), Deric, Daniel, Luc (Dana), Melanie (Isaac), Julie, Nicolas (Meryl), Annalisse, Eric, and Amelia; great-grandchildren: Madelaine and Samuel; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Ferdinand was a man of great kindness and generosity, always making time for those around him. His good humor, strength, and joy will always be remembered.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff of Garneau Hall and the Edmonton General Hospice care for their care and compassion.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. with the Eulogy given at 6:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024, at St. Thomas D’Aquin Catholic Church, 8410 89 Street NW, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Ferdinand’s name to the Alberta Cancer Society, 710-10123 99 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T5J 3H1.
