Beverley Joan Armstrong, age 86, of Stratford, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2023, peacefully at Ritz Lutheran Villa in Mitchell. Born in Meaford daughter of the of the late Donald and Ila (Hawes) Phillips. Predeceased by her loving husband Robert Coulter Armstrong. Proud and much-loved mother of Rob (Kirstin) Armstong, Shanna (Greg) Core and Teri (Mike) Ryan. The best grandmother to Brandy Britney, Laura and Melisa (Lester). Bev will be fondly remembered by her sibling Ron Phillips (Cheryl) and Sandy Ferris along with the entire Phillips and Armstrong families and her many nieces and nephews. The family would like to sincerely thank the wonderful staff at Anne Hathaway Retirement Residence and Ritz Lutheran Villa, your care and thoughtfulness will always be remembered. Family and friends are invited to Beverley’s visitation at the W. G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 6-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 24 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place in Thornbury Cemetery at a later date.
