Barbara Kierstead
1957-2023
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Barbara
Kierstead of Moncton, formerly from Harewood, on Friday, June 9th,
2023 at the Georges L. Dumont hospital.
Barb
was kind and caring. She always made time for those who needed her,
but did make you wait if she didn’t have her coffee or tea. She had a
great sense of humor. She loved her family and friends dearly.
Barb will be missed, especially by her husband Carl
of almost 45 years.
Barb is survived not only
by her husband, but her daughter, Carla Richard (Terry) of Havelock;
her son, Adam Kierstead (Sherry) of Havelock; her stepsons, Chris
Kierstead (Lori) of Salisbury, Jeremy Cromwell (Nancy) of The Glades
and Clifford Kierstead (Shannon) of Salisbury; as well as her several
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Barb
is predeceased by her parents Robert Herrington and Lois Herrington
(Crawford); Her brother, Mike Herrington; Her parents in-law, Warren
Kierstead and Irene Kierstead; Her Brother-in-law, Eugene Kierstead;
As well as her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Crawford (Munson).
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of
Salisbury Funeral Home, 506-372-4800. All arrangements at this time
are being held privately.
If desired,
donations made to the SPCA or Cancer Society would be appreciated by
the family.
