Passed peacefully away, surrounded by his family, at the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, Arthur Deir of Arnold’s Cove, formerly of Port Anne, age 83 years. Predeceased by his daughter Jessie; parents Robert John and Mary Ann Deir; brothers Hubert, Albert, and Robert; sisters Matilda, Mary, Rebecca, and Victoria.
Left with fond and loving memories are his wife Jessie of 57 years; children Lisa and Chesley; grandchildren Sara, Joshua, Emily, and Megan; and a large circle of family and friends.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A visitation and memorial service will take place on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Arnold’s Cove from 2 – 4 p.m.
