Alita Tschantz
Formerly of Burk’s Falls (nee Eder).
Passed away peacefully at the Leacock Care Centre in Orillia on Wednesday February 15, 2023. Alita, beloved wife of the late Clarence Tschantz, was in her 88th year.
Cherished mother of the late Darla Smallwood and Vince Tschantz. Proud grandmother of Trel and Trevor Smallwood both of Keswick, ON. Daughter of the late George and Veronica Eder of Gervais, Oregon. Alita will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family will receive friends at Opatovsky Funeral Home -Dempster Chapel 210 Ontario St. Burks Falls on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, from 2-4 pm.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at the Church of the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Burks Falls on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 10:00 am followed by cremation.
