Despite Joe’s many struggles and challenges in life, his kind, loving, generous spirit brought joy to all he met.
He is survived by parents, Kevan Perrins and Moira Perrins; siblings, Simon (Carlie), Anna (Jeremy) Jung, Celia (Michelle) Belamour; Nieces and nephews Jaqlin, Olivia, Heidi, Sadie, Caleb, Rhys, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Loving thanks to many care teams for their constant support.
Joe will be sadly missed by all he met!
Vigil will be open casket on Thursday, November 7, 2024, 7-8pm, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Prince George BC. Doors will open at 6pm
Funeral mass will follow on Friday, November 8, 2024, 3pm, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Prince George BC. Doors open at 2pm. There will be an opportunity to view just before mass.

Cremation and interment to follow at a later date.
