Obituary of Ron Willis
A resident of Merlin, Ron Willis passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at the age of 84
He was the son of the late Glenn & Beatrice (nee Coulter) Willis.
Ron and his wife of 45 years Ronnie (nee LeFreniere, 2017) will be lovingly reunited.
Forever remembered by his children, Geralyn Greenwood (Jeff Salter) of Windsor, Annette Stevens (Scotty McLeod) of LaSalle, and Eric (Jill & Evan) Willis of Grosse Ile, Michigan.
Grandfather of nine grandchildren.
Great-Grandfather of thirteen.
Predeceased by his siblings, Lorne, Carl, Shirley (Jim), & Sherman.
Survived by sister-in-laws, Carol & Velma.
Missed by many nieces & nephews.
Ron lived 32 years in Glenwood on his farm, tending the horses, with daily trips to the Erie St. Cafe.
Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
Donations in memory of Ron may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
