The passing of Helen Marie Jones of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Winslow Jones occurred Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Dr Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on McLeod Hill, NB, September 5,1929 she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Ann (Seymour) Lint. Helen was a member of St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church Cemetery.
Helen is survived by her son Dale and his wife Leona; two grandsons, Jeremy Jones (Bernadette) and Justin Jones (Becky); three great-grand-daughters, Alyssa, Amie and Emily; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides her husband and parents, Helen was predeceased by her daughter Andrea Helen sisters, Irene Anderson and Grace Schriver; brothers, Harold and Walter Lint, sisters-in-law, Clara Lint and Mabel Lint; brother-in-law Bert Anderson and Barry Shriver.
To keep Helen’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. A Private Graveside Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrance can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
