Nickel, Zealma (nee Greig), passed away at the Owen Sound Hospital on Sunday March 24, 2024 at the age of 89. Dear mother of Glenn and his wife Janice and David and his wife Margaret. Proud grandmother of Dallas, Derek, Robert (Sarah), and Evan. Predeceased by her parents, Robert & Luella Greig, by her brothers, Charles Greig and Ray Greig, and also by Otto Nickel. Survived by her sister-in-law‘s, Phyllis and Gwen, and by her many nieces and nephews.
A Family Graveside Service will be held at the Southampton Cemetery. A gathering to Celebrate the Life of Zealma Nickel will take place on Saturday, April 27 from 12 noon to 2 PM in the community hall at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 248 High St., Southampton.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation.
