Obituary of William Harry Groff
Groff, William Harry – Passed away on Wednesday November 30, 2022, William Groff, aged 91 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Joyce Marilyn (Clark) for 68 years. Greatly loved father of David (Patti) Groff of Grand Prairie, Alberta, Linda (Murray) Vader of Hamilton, Jim (Darlene) Groff of Vineland and Leanne Groff of Richmond Hill. Greatly loved grandfather of 11 and great grandfather of 12. Predeceased by father William Edward Groff, mother Eva Jane (York), brother Gordon Groff and great granddaughter Kadence. Also survived by sisters Lois Clayson (George d.), Dorothy Davis (Earl d.) and Shirley Hartwick (Marvin).
The family will receive friends on Monday December 5, 2022 at Calvary Gospel Church, 4129 Hixon St., Beamsville from 6-8pm. Interment will take place at Lanes Cemetery on Tuesday December 6, 2022 at 11am followed by a memorial service at Calvary Gospel Church at 3pm.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Gospel Church, Orchard View Apartments or charity of choice.
