It is with broken hearts that the family of the late William Kilfoy of Little Bay announces his passing. William passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Friday, August 12th, 2022, at the age of 74. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his children, Karl Kilfoy of Little Bay, Kim Kilfoy of Fredericton, and Kerri Kilfoy (Johnny Coady) of Little Bay; his significant other, Audria MacDonald of Marystown; 8 grandchildren, Brandon, Samantha, Breanne, Lauren, Erin, Tyler, Patrick, and Karlee; sisters, Martha Pike (Joe) of Spanish Room, Ellen Picco (Charles) of Rushoon, and Mary McCallum of St. John’s; brothers, John Kilfoy (Leona) of Marystown, Donald Kilfoy (Ellen) of Marystown, Paul Kilfoy of Ontario, Leonard Kilfoy of St. John’s; and his homecare worker, Geraldine Abbott; plus a large circle of extended family and friends
William was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Kilfoy; parents, Jerome and Ellen Kilfoy; brothers, Christopher and Joseph; mother-in-law, Almena Power, and brother-in-law, Jerry Power
The Kilfoy Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home – Marystown
Saturday, August 13th, 2022 from 2 – 4 pm. and 7 – 9pm
Sunday, August 14th, 2022 from 2 – 4pm and 7 – 9-pm
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Monday, August 15th, 2022 at 10:30 am.
Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Little Bay.
In William’s memory donations may be made to The Family or flowers gratefully accepted.
