With great sadness on Friday, August 25, 2022, we said goodbye to William Henry White. Beloved husband to Elaine White, father to Barbara Vanderheide (late John), Jim White (Cheryl), Donald White, Gary White (Veronica) and Heather VanderVeer (Bob), grandfather to Jason Felton (Paula), Julie Boz (Jason), Mike White (Hollie), Tammy Elliott (Jesse), Tracy White, Jake VanderVeer (Aggie), Emma VanderVeer (Ben) and great grandpa to Grace Boz, Ellen Boz, Payton White, Cooper White, Remi Elliott, Thomas Elliott, and Scarlett Morreau. Brother to Mary Laird (late Don). William is predeceased by his first wife Grace White and by brother Robert White (Lise). He is survived by many nieces and nephews. William worked for the CN railway and the Steven Egg Farm at Uttoxeter, he then worked at Muttarts Builders Supply. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 4th, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home Family Centre, 1576 London Line, Sarnia. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to a charity of your choice (cheques only at the funeral home please).
