On Friday January 21, 2022, William (Bill) Alfred Sheffield passed away at the Long Term Care facility of the Wainwright Hospital at the age of 91 years.
Bill was born in Wainwright, Alberta on September 30, 1930 to Fred and Ivy Sheffield.
Bill was a dedicated Public Works foreman for the Town of Wainwright until his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, and in his younger years, he enjoyed playing hockey.

Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife Daisy (Margaret); son Michael; parents Fred & Ivy; father and mother in-law Wilse & Nancy Burningham; son in-law Richard Gaetzman; brothers in-law Herschel Neff and Jim Moen.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
