On Wednesday, September 21, 2022, Mr. Wilfred Wakefield, passed away at his home at Wainwright, Alberta at the age of 76 years.
Wilf is survived by his loving family; son, Wesley Wakefield of Red Deer, Alberta; daughter, Carole (Darren Hart) Wakefield of Wainwright, Alberta; grandchildren, Mark (Megan) Wakefield, Tyson Wakefield, Steven Wakefield; great grandchildren, Aubrey, Karley, and Dawson; siblings, sister, Robbie (Larry), brother, Rod (Carol), sister, Thelma (Dutchie), sister. Judy, sister, Linda, and sister, Cora-Lee; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
He is predeceased by his wife, Melody; parents, John & Minnie Wakefield; sister, Wilma and infant sister, Debbie.
No formal service will be held at this time.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.
