Obituary
Passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Trillium Ridge in Kingston at the age of 82. Born in Denmark and immigrated to Canada in 1951, she was a long time employee at Lenadco Home for the Aged in Napanee for 25 years. She is predeceased by her husband Donald and by her daughter Karen and parents Holger and Gerda Petersen. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Kim Creighton (Tom) and Debbie Mack (Glen), and by her loving grandchildren Shawn Mack (Wendy), Kyle Mack and Cora-Lee Creighton and by great-grandchildren Tessa, Rory, Ryder and Reegan Mack. Also survived by her brothers Knud Petersen (Carol) and Gunnar Petersen (Maureen) and by her sisters Erna Loyst (Gary) and Connie Snudden (Ron). The family will receive friends at the Hannah Funeral Home, in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West on Friday, December 9 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. A family funeral service will follow at 2:15 p.m. with interment at Riverview Cemetery in Napanee. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
