It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Vera Broad, at Mackenzie Health on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Beloved wife of the late William Broad. Cherished by her daughters Barbara and her husband David; Terri and her husband John (recently deceased), and her son Michael (Tess), and daughter-in-law Letitia (deceased).
She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Chris (Mindy), Travis, Megan (Brandan), Bill (Elyse), Jessica, Robert, Nicole, Brittany, Shaun and Mathew. She will be also missed by her twelve great grandchildren, Kaydin, Kaine, Trenton, Rylynn, Bailee, Marcuz, London, Reese, Keenen, Owen, Wade and Octavia.
Special thanks to the nurses on the fourth floor of Mackenzie Health, who she called her angels. Special thanks also to DelManor Elgin Mills staff, where Vera has lived the passed three years, and who she said were kind and made her life enjoyable.
Funeral will be held at the Marshall Funeral Home (10366 Yonge Street), Richmond Hill on Sunday, July 17, 2022 from 1pm until the time of the service at 2pm.
