Upcoming Service Doris Cotnam 1926 2021

(nee Glenn)
With sadness the family of Doris Sybil Cotnam announce her peaceful passing at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital, Saturday afternoon, February 6, 2021 at the age of 94. Predeceased by husband Woodrow Cotnam (October 4, 1999). Extraordinary mother of Heather Bieber (Brian) of Red Deer, Alberta, Nancy Fradsham (Everett) of Edmonton, Alberta and Gary Cotnam (Tracey) of Braeside, Ontario. Much loved grandmother of Mark (Katie), Jason (Mia) and Nathan; great- grandmother of twins; Zoe and Lincoln and special “Diddie” to Samara and Gilles. Survived by sister Jean Stevenson (late George) of Arnprior, step-mother Anne and step-brother John. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers; George (Evelyn), Kenny (Barb), Donald (Doris) and Billy (late Evelyn). Cherished friend of Ruby (together they were “The Twins”). Daughter of the late Wesley and Vivian (Beattie) Glenn. Doris lived for her family, her church, and her friends. She would say the best time of her life was while she was working at the Arnprior Hospital with “The Girls”. Her pleasant outlook on life and genuine care for others will be missed. Doris’ arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior. A graveside service will take place Saturday August 20, 2022 at Arnprior Malloch Road Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. A donation to the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation can be made in Doris’ memory.
