Obituary of Tina Lynn Boudreau
It is with deep sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Tina Lynn Boudreau of Petit de Grat, that occurred at St. Martha’s Regional Hospital in Antigonish on May 2, 2022 at the age of 49 years.
Born in Antigonish on January 4, 1973, she was the daughter of Zita Boudreau (Dorey) of West Arichat and the late Thomas Boudreau.
Tina is survived by her loving husband, Rodney, and son, Connor both of Petit de Grat; brother, Michael Boudreau, Halifax; sister, Carla Boudreau, West Arichat.
She will be remembered for her long hard-fought battle with cancer. Tina loved animals and training Her little dog Oreo had lots of tricks. She was awesome at doing crafts with her BFF Alice. Always there to help anyone in need. She loved spending time with her lifelong friends, this gave her much happiness. She was especially proud of her son Connor, he was her pride and joy.
Visitation will be held in C. H. Boudreau Funeral Home Ltd, Arichat on Thursday, May 5, from 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass to Celebrate the Life of Tina will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Church, Petit de Grat at 11:00 am with Rev. John DeCoste officiating. Burial to follow in the Star of the Sea Cemetery, Petit de Grat.
A reception will be held at St. Joseph’s Parish Hall in Petit de Grat following the committal
Social distancing and the wearing of masks will be mandatory for the visitation and funeral.
Memorial donations can be made to the Strait Richmond Palliative Care Society.
