Timothy Osmund Taylor born 22 November 1957 passed unexpectedly in Penticton BC on April 16th 2022 at the age of 64.
Tim was predeceased by his parents Arthur and Mabel (Facey-Crowther) Taylor of Sillikers NB, his sister Joan (Taylor) Wrobel, and his brother-in-law Clarence Patles. He is survived by his siblings Brant (Janet), Marie (John), Robert (Debbie), Connie (Clarence), Gwyneth (David) as well as an adoring group of nieces and nephews. He was a loving Papa to Mason, Charlotte, Connor and Matilda who were the sunshine of his life.
Tim was generous with his time and kind with his ways. He loved old dogs, had a soft spot for old folks, enjoyed old books and always visited old friends. Tim’s heart was simply too big to continue beating and that in turn broke all of ours.
His young years were spent fishing, hunting and playing baseball near his home in Miramichi, New Brunswick. Story telling of time with family and friends provided plenty of memories to brighten any get together. His trips to visit his family down east were the highlight of his year. Guitar music, laughter, and a lot of love embraced everyone when he was present. He had a beautiful voice when he played his guitar. How we all wish we could hear him sing again.
Tim would help a friend or a loved one with no expectations. A quality we all should have. In his memory, ensure you give children the gift of music, call your loved ones often, visit aging parents, go fishing with a friend and enjoy a long walk by the water. At some point you go ahead of those that love you and they are left with a space no one can fill. Keep Mom and Dad and Joan company Tim, and when you see one of us on our way, put the kettle on and tune your guitar.
