Obituary
The family of Teresa Fiorella Cacciotti of Sudbury, Ontario is saddened to announce her passing on October 23, 2022. Teresa was born on August 16, 1958 to Gino and Jeannine (predeceased) Cacciotti. She was a graduate of Cambrian College School of Nursing and practiced her skills in Texas and North Carolina before returning to Ottawa in the 1990s. She moved back to Sudbury in 1999 where she accepted positions at VON and finally Bayshore.
Teresa was proud of her Italian/French Canadian heritage. She was passionate about her family and regularly enjoyed speaking to her Dad and Zias about all things Italian. She looked forward to her visits to Ottawa to visit her nursing friends. She loved reading and was a life-long learner.
She is survived by her Father, Gino: her sister Nina; her brother Marcello (Cathy); her brother Gino (Natalie); her beloved niece and nephews, Deanna, Dante, Dean and Darius and her aunts and many cousins.
Teresa passed away peacefully at the Maison McCulloch Hospice. Special thanks to the entire staff and especially to her loving friends Nicole and Celina for helping her to feel comfortable and loved during her last days.
