Surrounded with the love of his family, Steve went home to visit his many relatives on November 8, 2022 at the age of 55.
Steve spent the majority of his career as a professional engineer. He had a passion for cars, enjoyed hiking, and loved spending time on the links with his family and friends. His infectious smile, support of his community, and ability to connect with people, enriched his life journey. Steve lived a life full of unwavering faith in God, never ending love for his family and a willingness to help others around him.
Loving husband of Iveta, devoted father to Aaron, cherished son of Diane, son-in-law of Karel and Kveta, brother of Lisa, and brother-in-law to Robert and Karel. Uncle to Nicholas (Kaelyn), Andrew, Victoria, Natasha and Logan. Steve is predeceased by his Dad (David) and many uncles, aunt, cousin and grandparents.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home (519) 749-8467. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Daniel RC Church, 29 Midland Dr., on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow in the Parish Life Centre.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation – Melanoma Research would be appreciated (cards available at the funeral home).
