Stephen Donaven of High River, Alberta passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on October 25, 2022, at the age of 69 years. Steve is survived by his wife Brenda; daughters Jenna (Jared), and Jenni (Drew); sons Mike (Jessica), James (Ally), and Jonathan (Becky); as well as many grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Barb (Ed); and brother Charlie (Trudy). He was predeceased by his mother Dorthea; father Charles; and sister Linda.
Steve was born in Barrie, Ontario. As a young adult he left home and ventured west, where he spent the rest of his life.
Steve will be remembered for his unique sense of humour, commitment to family, hard work, youthful energy, and devotion to faith.
Steve had many adventures while trucking all over North America, but his most favourite trip was the road home.
At Steve’s request no services will be held.
